Payment Terms & Conditions

Standard Payment Terms:

  • 50% advance upon order confirmation
  • 40-50% upon delivery/before installation
  • 10% upon completion (for some projects)

Alternative Terms (project-specific):

  • 100% advance for certain orders
  • Net payment terms available for approved commercial clients

Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (preferred)
  • Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe
  • Corporate accounts with approved credit

Important Payment Conditions

  • Production starts ONLY after receiving advance payment
  • We reserve the right to stop production if payments are not received per contract
  • Installation proceeds only after advance payment is cleared
  • Balance payment delays may result in installation suspension
  • All goods remain property of xGlobal Industries LLC until full payment received

Project Timeline & Payment

  • Project validity: Maximum 6 months from order confirmation
  • Client must take delivery within 6 months of advance payment
  • Storage charges apply after first 7 days: AED 50 per CBM per day

Price Validity

  • Quotations valid for 15-30 days
  • Prices subject to change after validity period
  • All prices in AED unless otherwise specified
  • 5% VAT additional on all charges

Scope of Work

  • Supply and installation of aluminum tent structures
  • Installation includes tent structure and specified accessories
  • Professional installation by certified teams

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, level, accessible site
  • Electrical power supply to site
  • Storage space for materials
  • Site security and material safety
  • All necessary permits and approvals
  • Obstruction-free access with hoisting facilities

Force Majeure

xGlobal Industries shall not be liable for delays due to:

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Labor disputes, material shortages
  • Traffic blockages or logistics disruptions
  • Any circumstances beyond reasonable control

Liability

  • Not responsible for damages by other contractors
  • Site protection after installation is client's responsibility
  • Not liable for delays caused by site conditions
